The enterprise was co-financed by the European Union and National Resources under the Action of the “Central Macedonia” Program, ESPA 2021–2027, “Innovation Investment Plans.” The project with code ΚΜΡ6-0081364, implemented from 10/2021 to 2/2025, aims at the production and promotion of traditional gastronomic products of the Regional Unit of Thessaloniki, highlighting and showcasing the “Macedonian Cuisine.”
The production of traditional ready-made meals, the development and production of an edible membrane as an alternative innovative food packaging method, and the specialized logistics and marketing management strengthen the existing strategy of Macedonian Cuisine while also optimizing supply chains. The project budget amounts to €400,000.
